Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Provisions, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of service

Provisions is a meal planning service that generates personalised weekly meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists based on your household's preferences and requirements. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Pricing and subscriptions

Provisions is currently free during the early access period. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will give you advance notice and the option to continue or cancel. Early access users will receive preferential pricing as described at the time of signup. No charges will be made without your explicit consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the service

Intellectual property

Meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists generated for your household are yours to use freely. The Provisions service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service itself.

Disclaimer

Meal plans and recipes are provided for informational purposes. Provisions does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional regarding dietary concerns, allergies, or specific nutritional requirements. While we take allergen and dietary preferences seriously, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be free from all allergens or suitable for all medical conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provisions and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
